FRANK'S MEMORIAL SERVICE

Post by A_T »

I went to visit Jane today with Hassy to pay our respects and present her with a booklet from SWB of all the tributes members have been leaving for Frank.

Jane is a remarkable lady and she was so moved by all the lovely comments that people have been leaving for Frank.

Jane expressed that we are all welcome to Franks Memorial and she would like us to attend on our bikes if possible.

FRIDAY 20TH JANUARY, 2PM - SHEVIOCK CHURCH
MOVING ON TO FINNYGOOK INN FOR DRINKS AFTERWARDS

I also asked Jane about donations for Frank, a few members thought the idea of a trophy in Franks memory would be a good idea, to be given out to the winner of the SWB karting event, it could be kept until the next karting event and handed to the new winner, Jane liked this idea so some of the money will go towards a trophy for Frank and any left over would be given to Air Ambulance... a charity well worthy...... Jane has given us her blessing to go ahead with this and if everyone would like to give a donation I will be more than happy to organise this....

Yeah thats cool, just name a date and I will wipe anything out of my diary just to be there. No excuse from me not to be there. :)

Donation and trophy is a sound idea as well.
