Look in here for local ride outs...

Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Weymouth Run 22nd July

Post by Dynasangel »

I know this is way in advance, but we haven't done the Weymouth run yet this year.

So meet at Bridge 10am for 10:30 leave

We could also head to Double Locks afterwards for a few drinks

Came back from Weymouth on sunday via the coast road to find Dorset CC have redressed the surface between the top of Abbotsbury Hill all the way to Swyre. They have used a weird small grey stone chipping to do it and although the surface is still loose with a 20 mph limit, it does feel quite grippy.
The surface should have bedded in a lot better by the 22nd, but as always, ride safe.

Clashes with Moto GP Laguna Seca? Can anyone confirm times of the GP that day, given that it's in the United States of Anus? If it's early morning or evening I'll tag along.

It's GMT -7 according to the MotoGP site. So if it's a 1pm start then that's 9pm live over here on Sunday evening.
