GERMANY MOTOGP SPOILER

Post by deej »

Well what a entertaining race, stoner faultless as ever unlike the normally ice cool pedrosa, good for rossi, top performance from the doctor bet hes glad it rained  back on top but stoners closing in now,its going to be a close finish to the season

what a good race for 3rd too, good racing by the guys involved

very suprised by the lack of performance in the michelin wets would have expected better than that.

toseland was nowhere and if it wasnt for elias it would have been very bad but at least he finished i suppose

I was hoping stoner would fall off because I hate him. feel sorry for pedrosa. He crashed off doing 1.35's by the end of the race the front runners were doing 1.33 which goes to show the performance of the michellins. was great directing to catch Pedrosa's slide!

Parrish and Coxy on great form again. hahaha

it makes it a lot more interesting this year with only 20pts between the top3

pedrosa was pushing too hard too soon me thinks, maybe he knew his michelins wouldnt last the race pace like the bridgestones would, the laptimes should get quicker as the guys get used to the grip as the race goes on

Twas an intesting race and good to see some of the further down the grid riders up front.

Gutted for Edwards

Vermullen did good to keep hold of 3rd but he did seem to drop off come the later stages of the race.

Again as the last race i take my hat off to Stoner. The boy did good. Won't be as harse as funky but i did jump in the air and shout YES YES YES when i saw a red Ducati go down but then realised it was Melandri

Stoners bike is on top form for him and its doing all the things he needs it to, unlike before when he wasn't able to ride around the probs like a great racer can

Well done Rossi for a solid 2nd

was kinda disappointed for melandri as he was having a good ride and would have had a seasons best result, was hoping it was stoner to give rossi breathing space in the championship but was over the moon when pedrosa went down. at least the doctors back in the lead now and just needs to be consistent and beat stoner a few more times and hope stoner has a breakdown/crash and hes got the championship again.

well 125s was dry to start until it started spitting, bradley was leading for a few laps and had rossi commetating on him, was awesome. unfortunately bradley faded away with a few laps to go and ended up just losing out on 3rd to talamsci, redding got 8th after slating the place and danny webb ran off track and i think retired if not he finished way down.
laverty scraped a point in the 250s and was as high as 11th at one stage but ended up 15th
obviously toselands been mentioned already

Just out of interest. Why?
because he's a git and i stil maintain would be an also ran whithout traction control and the way the ducati is only set up for him, so much that no one else can ride the ducati. He's not a hero, his engineers are.

Whilst I wouldn't agree with the first part of Funky's response, I certainly do the latter :D

so how did guintoli manage to finish 8th after turning off his traction control and resorted to riding it properly, i dont know why people just dont admit that stoner is riding better than anyone else, im a rossi fan but stoners kicking ass at the moment. is it his fault hes got the bike set upto suit unlike melandri who cant get set the duke up

LOL. I'm glad you dont work with me. Your marketing strategy would cause us to be bankrupt in 6 months. LOL

Do you really believe Ducati have enough money to throw away by trying to make Melandri look bad and their bike look difficult to ride? Ducati rely on race winners to sell bikes. That is their strategy. They are open about that.

The bike was bucking and weaving all over the place on Sunday. Casey got off that bike looking like death warmed up. He gave it everything.

I cant understand how people can be so hostile to any bike rider never mind one so dedicated as Stoner.

Hang on. I see it now. Yamaha do it to Lorenzo to make him look bad and rossi good. Honda do it to Haydon for the same reason. Tech 3 must have been over the moon to get Toseland to accept £4M a year just to make Edwards look good! Good point Funky my friend. You have helped me see what I was missing all these years. LMFAO!

And just for the record. I support every rider on the track. Anyone who has the cajones to get out and race deserves and gets my respect. I dont mean any offence Funky. I'm just interested in how other people think and rationalise. And sometimes i like to take the wee!

i've got to admit i cheered when i saw a red duke in the kitty litter as well. Felt guilty when i realised it wasn't stoner.

I agree with funky but for different reasons. I dont like him because he's a miserable [bar steward], never smiles once, only dosn't look like a slapped arse when he's lead a whole race and won. which is just boring to watch. He is the anti-rossi.
i dont have a drinking problem.......if anything, i'm too good at it
