I think a 125 will be a waste of time for someone who's spent a year on a moped already, I was talking about this with my son the other evening ...... I reckon the best way is to book your test/training through a decent place and rent a 125 for the test, then buy a 250/350/400 trailie for a while before moving on to something alse - get the road riding experience on a geared ped for 12mths, why then waste money on a 125 you might only need for a few weeks :? better to rent then buy a bigger bike where you will probably get a better bike for less money :P
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....
