i had a nice day visiting half finished sites in the cotswolds or sitting in various traffic queues on the M5/M4 :roll:

Haha, your probably right, although i think i bounched rather well!!

Visited A&E last night just to be on the safe side, luckily everything seems to be OK. Will just be a little sore for a few days. Some lessons just have to be learnt the hard way i guess - at least i know now where the rubber stops and a serious lack of grip begins!!

yep same! and the 303 was busy too!! Roads were busy from when I left Camelford!!
