You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Just bumping this one up...

Two weeks to go, make sure you have all passes stamped and signed in triplicate, monies for ice creams (its the seaside, its the law) and the sunshine in your pocket :)):

Sorry Doddy, my mistake, the phone call about camping was actually in relation to the Chudleigh Classic Show not this one :ymblushing:

Weather dependant, I'll be up for this :-bd
I refuse to enter into a battle of wits against someone who is unarmed.

It's better to remain silent and be thought of as a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt.

Route suggestion is Exeter~Crediton~Hatherleigh~Holsworthy~Bude (might tweak this yet)

YES! Much tweaking!!!

OK, in response from what people said yesterday....I am going to make the start of this ride from MacDonalds TIVERTON not Exeter. Its fairer on those coming from further East/North in terms of distance and we have a better and slightly easier route to get to Bude from there too.

As a result, I'm going to suggest we leave at 10.30am (gives folk half hour extra to make it to Tivvy  )

Burnthouse, I REALLY appreciate that this is some distance for you as it is ~ of course it'd be ace if you met us at Tiverton and did the ride to Bude from there, but if you wanted to head to Bude and meet us at the show then just let us know and we'll look out for you.

Alternatively, and this really was the idea of this ride, is for smaller groups of SWBers to do a ride from your area ~ start a new thread 'Bude Classic Show from....' ? and see who wants to come with you! :)):
