Hello.

Post by paddywinz »

Hey all,

I came across the forum after looking for bike shops in the South West.

Passed my CBT the other week and have my Mod 1 next week.

Thought I would say hi, as I am looking at purchasing my first 'proper' bike.

Quite fancying a CBF600, but open to other naked 600's.

So yeah, hello from Bristol!

Unfortunately failed mod 2 on Friday but booked up again for a week on Friday.

Found myself a honda hornet weekend before last too. Just itching to get out on it!

Let's watch this space with the ride out.

Unfortunately, a little too late, found out that the bike is a cat c!

Nothing wrong with a cat c. Just means new parts cost more than the bike is worth. Insurance companies write off bikes because of a scratch on the frame.

Don't panic.

I'm not worried about it, but feel I paid over the odds considering.

All water under the bridge, I'm just ready to get her going for some B road action. :))
