Watched all the coverage Eurosport showed (thank you sky +)- though one hour of it ended up being live baseball

Cracking good race, could not believe that monster crash from the no1 suzuki; then to be back on track 25 mins later

My heart did have to go out to the Kwaker rider who binned it coming out of the pit lane after 23.5 hours racing; I know it's against the rules but those marshals should have said sod it and helped him drag the bike back 20 metres so his team could then collect it and get it back on track - it only needed a new front wheel :!:

Well done Phase one - thought a podium was on the cards but even so it was still a good result. Nice to see a Yam on the top step as well just proving that in 24 hour racing it's not the fastest bike that wins but the most consistant/reliable.

If your French its ok.

They all have pit lane speed limiters and you hold the throttle on the stop in first or second but you need to shut off before you switch the limiter off, if not nearly 200bhp comes on tape in an instant.
