Date for Cornwall Meet.

Right, thought I'd start a fresh thread for this !

Anyone free for Wednesday eve ( 20 Aug) meet up. Say 8 for 8.30 at Maccy D's ( Mrs Badger is out till 7pm so I'm out to play after ). I've checked the net and there's a pub in Fraddon called the Blue Anchor ( never been there,don't know if its any good or biker friendly but am ringing tommorow to scope) so if evryone would rather we could move on to there, if it check's out, once we're all gathered, but I'll let the majority decide!

For those around my end of the county, ( Falmouth, Redruth etc.) thought we could meet up on the way, say Avers roundabout bout 7.30 - 7.45 ish then ride up together. PM me with a contact no. and I'll get in touch.

Weather forecast did say poss light showers but mostly dry so I'm hoping!

hi badger , dont think i can make this tonight because if weaher picks up a few of my dads m8sand i are goin to blast down to hayle for a quick nosey then blast back ! and we got to sort out a track day aswell , buti will be up for the next meet ! juts hope the weather picks up a bit for all of us !

Just to say I'v PM'd Luke, but if anyone else in the West Cornwall area wants to join on route were now meeting at the Norway Arms on the Falmouth - Truro road A39, around 7.15 for the ride up to Mac D's ( just off A30 @ Fraddon, cant miss it, you can see it from the road!)for 8 ish.

Again if you need to PM me for my mobile no. then I'll go online in my lunch tommorow and pick any up.

Allegedly the weather is brightening up later on into this evening so should be fun! Just to confirm I'll be at the Norway Inn for around 7.15 - 7.30 then heading up to Maccy D's for 8 or so. Whoever can make it will be great, I won't be online again today but I'll see you all tonight hopefully !

If the Blue Anchor is a gay bar, at least we'll all be dressed correctly, leather bike gear and all that!

Cheers Adam and Luke! Had a great time, and learnt a few lessons on corner technique Hope I didn't slow you guys up

I'm going to try again next month, will try and make it convenient for all, mid month is usually good for me.

thats no problem badger ! umm im going away next month from 26th until `0th oct , but if its before that and not coinciding with a track day im more than up for meeting up again , no didnt slow me down i just had to have a blast along the laddock road would be rude not too ! be good to try and get a few more involved ! but we still had a good ride and a lauff !

I think your bike was still bruised and sore when we met , gonna try and do one in Sept but will try to do it before 24th so Haynes can make it. Prob means I'll have to miss the Jennings Run but rather meet up with SWB guys ( and girls too if there's any down this way). I'll stick a nice big fat post on when I know when I'm clear and weather looks good.
