no its will be no worse...same thing every year always has been always was....people die on bikes its just the way of things.

but then people die doing all sorts of passtimes...so you just gotta try and make sure it aint you and hope its no one close.

Statley if you look again no one as actually blamed the 4x4 driver...i actually said "in collision with" because i didn't know who was at fault and still dont...it didn't matter what type of vehicle it was i still would have called them a tosser..

But you clearly assume it was the drivers fault.
If not, why did you call him/her, a "tosser" ?
If as you say, you do not know who's fault it was, why call the car driver a tosser ?

Personally, as soon as the lids on, all car drivers etc are tossers and out to kill me. When I get home in one piece the drivers I've passed have proven themselves not to be tossers, for that 20 minutes it takes me to get home or whatever lol

They sit in their cars and switch off to the world, How many times have you seen them sitting in the outside lanes when the inside lane is clear, or not moving over for an ambo / police car on blue lights and sirens. Let alone pullling out or changing lanes without checking mirrors?

I won't post it cos it's a 69 page PDF file from the DFT that shows that the in the case of a "multiple vehice" accident involving a motorbike. the rider was NOT to blame in 78.9% of the cases. Also the study checked the training that the riders had recieved and 12.6% had only recieved DAS like myself but 17.5% of the accidents involved riders that had recieved advanced rider training. Sorry but you did ask for the proof

I tried that link but it wasn't working.
Anyway, just to save me a bit of time, assuming it is just temporarily down, could you tell me on which page this document states that "most bike accidents are caused by car drivers"
That should be straightforward enough.
