Moorlanders M.C.C Easter Egg Run

This run is organised annually by Moorlanders Motorcycle Club and is marshalled by my club North Cornwall MCC, it starts on Davidstow Airfield on Easter Sunday, 24th April 2011, at 10:00am and raises money for local children's charities by delivering Easter Eggs to different care homes in Cornwall.

This year is the club's 10th Anniversary, so there'll be a celebration at the end at one of the care homes they are supporting, with a live band, free BBQ for participating bikers, trade stands and an award ceremony for Best Bike, Prettiest Bike, Best Club Turnout, Oldest Bike, Furthest Travelled, and Best Rat Bike

It's a £5 entry fee on the day per bike

Approx 200 bikes turned up for this last year so they want to try and do the same this year so that they can raise as much money as possible.

Due to work I won't be able to attend but whoever does fancy going to this just stick to the roads on the airfield unless they are meeting just off the runway because if you go right onto the runway it is VERY potholy as it is a disused airfield from the war
