Me and Mr at Wells - today was the ceremony for Mary Rand to be given the freedom of the city (Olympic Gold Medalist - Long jump, fooking long jump it was tooo!!!! lol) So plenty off peeps about.

Parked outside pasty shop (sshhhhhh!) and sat on the green soaking sunshine.....return to bikes to find a traffic warden on the approach! Nooooooo!!!!!! Anyhoo, he turns out to be a Triffick Warden and doesnt book us for parking in a loading bay (oops!) BECAUSE we were bikers!! Yes way... He booked the Volvo behind, no sweat. =))

Nice MV you have there too...

We too had some of that sunshine. Me, Offspring, and Parent parked the damper van at the far end off Weston beach and walked the dog to the pier and back. Not quite a ride-out but it was a nice walkies.

Whilst waiting outside the entrance of the new pier with the dog I saw something that made me giggle. Some chap was throwing chips (probably a northerner! :)): )into the air and the seagulls were catching them mid flight. 100's of them flying for the chips at one stage.

It was a great day, really nice place and another place i did'nt even know of :? but one i deffo would go agian :-bd

Nah, a friend :wink: don't think my D2 is quite ready for that yet (soon though :shock: ) and the D1 went last week :cry: Bad planning on my part :roll:

And said Jeep was under it's own power and got to the end/back to dry land quite happily :D have a look at the album on FB :wink:
