Xmas Meal Final Notice

Ok, had a small admin/mod chat tonight about the Xmas meal and it's location etc.

We have agreed that there will be an extension to the deposit cut off date - IT IS NOW SATURDAY NOVEMBER 10TH AT 23:59

At present, despite moving the venue north to make it more central to the general active membership, all bar one deposit so far received has come from the Exeter area. To make the Waterloo Cross venue viable, we need at least 16 attendees. We need to have at least 8 more deposits, of which ideally a reasonable proportion should be from the north of the area, otherwise the venue will be changed to my house in Teignmouth where a buffet (£5 per head), fun and games will be available. Bring a sleeping bag if you want to crash over.

Anyone who has paid their deposit and does not wish to come and play just need to let Kelly know and she will refund you.

We hope to see you at the SWB Xmas party this year.
