Also another thing to take into consideration is HOW you ride. The diamonds are a lot more pointy in the middle and they square off easier. I go mainly one up on merv so that is why I put the maxxis on. Both the pr3 and diamonds are duel compound, the "moving around" may be as a result of going from the harder middle onto the softer edge so it may appear to move. It is a strange sensation must be said. On jake (other trumpet) the pr3's seem to make the bike tram rail when you hit tarmac joins and worn out surfaces. They seem to last in the middle though. I bought them as part worns.
