Hmm bit if a waste innit , because i reckon the diesel cars are the tip of the iceberg compared to vans and trucks , and you aint gonna get them back on petrol , and anyway the emissions coming out of a 1980,s VW diesel engine before the cat was cleaner than the emmisons from a petrol cat , Mercedes Benz said years ago the future of the internal combustion engine is diesel . will be interesting to see if this goes ahead, and having driven modern petrols and diesels the petrols are comparatively gutless i reckon, no torque all revs and drink fuel quicker
