Zx7r steering suspension setup

Hi guys anyone ever set up the suspension on a Kawasaki zx7r bit heavy on the steering ATM and having a newish BMW I can tell a huge difference.

I know there heavy bikes anyway but I'm pretty sure I can adjust something to make it abit better :D
