Help/Advice needed !

Hi all, i am going to look at a ST1300 Pan European this week for a mate back home in Truro.
It's secondhand and he needs it for touring etc.

Has anyone on here had one before and know what to look out for specifically for that bike?
I am happy with the rest.... just need to know what to look out for.

If no-one on here there's plenty of experience and buying tips on any of the owners websites or Facebook groups. It's a popular bike and any issues are well known.

We ran them as bloodbikes for awhile, will find out why we stopped.

Only reason we stopped was due to no longer being produced. Need to mind exhaust clamps that corrode & break when changing rear tyre, expensive and hard to get now.
