Last year in Portimao i used assureton-sport it was 105 euros for 5 days.

So i will probably go with them again.

Choose speed superbike and use formula 2

My quote for this year for 6 days so it covers my travel too is 140 Euros.

We used assureton but only covered the days actually on track and our every day insurance for travel. 3 days last year was 67 euro each. Will be using again this year.
Honda CB1000 GT (on order), Honda CB1000r, Aprilia Tuono V4R for the track, Yamaha RD250E,

if you already have travel insurance then fully agree if not you might want to consider the entire duration as worked out better for me last year to do it that way.

Also if your planning on hiring a car whilst your out there then highly recommend using this https://www.insurance4carhire.com/ its an insurance policy to cover the excess on your car hire. Either the car hire company will sting you at car collection our you leave yourself exposed to a possible 1000 Euro bill if you have a few scratches. For a few quid for a few days its well worth it
