Hey All
I have sign off in triplicate from the wife to get out on a bike ride but need to be home for 11am back to Teignmouth. Hence as it is height of summer and the sun is up early going to make the most of it and get out nice and early and get some distance in.
Plan is to leave Teignmouth at 6am.
Meet anybody who wants to come at Bridge Motorcycles in Exeter for departure at 6:30 am (fuelled and ready to go)
Will take a route through the middle of Devon up through Tiverton and Minehead then over to Lynmouth stop for a coffee and cake / breakfast then head down through Barnstaple / Torrington and down.
Aim to be back to Exeter for ish 10:30 and home to Teignmouth for 11am.
Let me know if anybody would like to join me.

Jeez I'm an early riser but 6.30 in Exeter is a stretch from Bristol
The test of the machine is the satisfaction it gives you. There isn't any other test. If the machine produces tranquillity it's right. If it disturbs you it's wrong until either the machine or your mind is changed.

Well has been raining all day today and not showing any sign of stopping. Weather report says that its going to rain all the way through until 1am and then will be clear for our start in Exeter but think we are going to get wet as we head north.
Had assumed with all of this resent sun shine that we were now in Summer and rain was not a problem.... clearly not.
Lets just make the decision now and I'm calling this one that rains stops play....

Well have woken up this morning to clear blue skys and sun shine so…. Thanks BBC weather app for the duff information… not that it actually mattered as have somehow managed to get hit with a Gout attack. So couldn’t have ridden even if I wanted to. Not had one in years, so that’s joyous NOT!
