You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Nice one. Thanks to all who joined in the spirit of the fun :-bd

Not entirely uneventful:-
One Beemer with superficial rhs damage.
One puncture - nothing to do with it being a KTM.

A big thanks to all for another great (but chilly 🥶) ride out today! I’m glad I could be part of another little farewell to Roy… it was a good turn out!
Finally got caught out with my first puncture but was with the right group of willing and helpful chaps to get back on the road and get home with no further issues! Thanks again to all that helped… Absolute Legends!

Time to put the old girl in to a little maintenance lay up for some tires and TLC before I can make it out again.

Cheers gents!

Thanks to Brian & Phil for organising the run and Alan for TEC duties on what was a great ride out.
Lovely to meet new member Bluebuzz (Colin) on his very clean GSR750.

I joined the ride at Winkleigh as the start was a little too early for me, especially at this time of year as I'm almost ready to go into winter hibernation.
Apologizes to anyone that wondered what that supernova was in their mirror, I have now turned my homemade DRL's down a bit. :)):

Here's a link to the pictures I took of the day which includes a short vid of you all arriving at Jonesy’s Cafe.

A great day out folks, it was quite a turn out, thanks to all who made it happen - Brian as co-conspirator, Alan for quality cat herding, Duncan for his 'Puncture Repair Kits 'R Us' supplies, Phil Jnr for demonstrating his latest top techno gadget, Mike for supplying the reason the last two mentioned were needed, newbie Colin for riding up from the Dark Side to join us. And not least - everyone else.
Cheers.
Until the next time.

Did you guys get back OK Alan? Whats that puncture kit you used Duncan? I've got the string type but yours looks more useful...
