Been there, done that ........ fully loaded GPz1100, two up, stopped in a layby in France and by chance saw one link sideplate hanging down :cry: fortunately a passing French "motarde" pointed out that where we'd stopped, just outside Nevers, was the home of AFAM and toddled off to get us a split link to enable us to continue 8)

Yep, new (to me) Conti Road Attack 3 rear tyre to break in. Also, it's the penultimate meet and the weather looks good-ish.

Had a set of them on my Duke. No issues with grip and they warm up really quickly.

Last bike night for this year on Thursday. It's looking a tad iffy weather wise, but unless it's tipping down I shall make the effort - might be good practise for this Sunday! :)):
