hi, im 17 soon and cant wait to get my next bike! One of my friends says he is getting a restricted honda 400cc !
Is this legal? If so would it be a better idea to go for a restricted yamie r6 or an aprilia rs125? i no what i would choose lol

Yes its legal, and probably a good idea. A-T has just got the restictors out of the hornet.
Well thats what ill do then but one thing is what will the power to waight ratio be like because i could put it in a corner and not be able to bring it back up again lol
