Keeping Fit

im getting bored of my usual routines and need a change, anyone got any ideas? what do u do?

mon- weights
tues- swimming
wed- weights
thurs- swimming
fri- rest
sat- rest
sun- mountain biking

oh, and ive just started cycling to work (7 miles)
bike's gone.... roll on next stage of the masterplan!

My usual gym routine is:

Half hour run on the jogger
weight machines working arms, body legs and repeated
Free weights to exericise biceps and triceps
Sauna
Swim

Sod that:

My exercise consists of lifting several pints of Guiness

and fighting to get the lid off my bargin bucket most weekends.

job done. :D

Fcuk that. Work 50 plus hours a week and then fit that crap in. Bit of Enduro at the weekend if its cold or damp, bit of knee dragging if its dry keeps me fit.

yup, correct!! the nearest i went to an er5 was my riding test!!!

sun- spend time servicing boo or cleaing bike then swb

No, on a more serious note i dont need exercise as im fit and as strong as an ox so stuff the weights! :twisted: :twisted:

I run 3 times a week then do press ups etc at home, kick boxing/self defence on weds but my job keeps me fit, as i do landscaping.
