Everybody still happy and keeping their heads above water...
Remember there's of piss taking and abuse readily available here if you're missing it face to face =)) =))

Hope everybody's keeping well and not bored of polishing and cleaning their bikes O:-) :ymhug:

Not had time to clean bike, what with the 720 mile shift I've just had in beautiful spring weather.

spending plenty of time hiding in the garage or watching movies in the other room.

Still fairly busy at work for now, Annette can have as many shifts at the hospital as she wants so apart from keeping your distance from others not much change here πŸ‘πŸ‘

We're still keeping our heads above water. Jane's getting stir crazy, missing time out with her girlfriends. I'm nipping out around sunrise each morning with Elgar - that dog's never been so fit and me so knackered. Doing our best not to go down the slippery slope of drinking too much....I still cannot remember the seventies or eighties; fifties, sixties and more recent times are okay but those two decades went in a blur of over abuse

I've been trying the "whisky diet" to combat any lock down weight gain.

.. and last week alone I lost 2 days.

They way I interpret his statement is.... non-essential travel is now ok from Wednesday.
That means recreational riding is now ok.

Social distancing is still a thing, and it's not as if cafes & pubs are open so you'll need a drink &/or packed lunch if you want one whilst out.

It’s going to cause issues as a cafe in langport has remained open serving takeaway coffees, sarnies etc, locals up in arms as it’s been attracting large groups of cyclists to gather Over the last four weekends !
