Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.

Yeah, during the week I'd have thought you would be tangled up with school runs and commuters on their phones instead of concentrating on driving. I get the early start on a weekend but 10am surely would give you an easier time

Yes it is, you just have your clock misset.

Brian - it's your run so obviously do as you see fit... but an 8:30 start infers and 8:00 to 8:15 arrival... which for most will mean a 7:00 to 7:30 set off, and thus a 6:00 to 6:30 get up...
My body clock likes me to get up at 8:00 to 8:30, anything earlier is classed as "special measures only used in times of emergency".

Surly it’s nice to have a reason to get early ! I get most mornings 6.30 to go to work so getting up at 6.30 (or earlier)to ride my bike is no issue and considering we have all been locked up I am going to get as much riding as I can in 😀😀
