2006 Budget

Post by Cheggers »

Does anyone else feel like they got a good fisting by the goverment yesterday?!?

As a non married male, on good money, with no kids, who likes a beer this government wants to rape me for as much tax as possible

And for what? To help some wannabe athelete during an egg and spoon race in 2012? or to help support/pay for some families who have been stupid enough to have kids they can't afford?!

Been doing that for the last 20 years.

Looks like your car tax will go up on that Prelude, mine should go down as its a 1.9 TDI. :D No mention of bike tax though :?
Link to car tax bands... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/4834480.stm

They also have a chart on bbc website showing who will gain and who will lose, low incomes and high incomes will gain the only losers are in the middle incomes as usual.

this is an inherent problem with poor people - they breed like hell.

they should tax children. Or neuter people with a long history of claiming benefit once they get past two kids. 8)

completely - people should have to apply for a license to have kids...

if they cant [Censored] afford it or they are going to look after the kids then they should not be allowed to have children...

i hate this countrys whole - why do i need a job - i get money each week for having kids, another kid is more money and it will get me a better house as well...

there was that women on the tv last year who claims for everything under the sun - when actually her fat arse could be doing a [Censored] job... she gets 50K a year for being a fat, ugly, lazy, smelly, soap dodging, foul mouthed, ignorant, smoking, child factory... GET A [Censored] JOB!!!

i hate this [Censored] nanny state... :x

Right rant over, btw I hate this [Censored] nanny state cant wait to finish uni and go away.

And don't forget all the money spent on defence, all these guys and girls sat around waiting for a war to happen, playing cowboys and indians, wasting our taxes

Oh hang on a minute.....my company has defence contracts ( am i allowed to say that....or is it a secret :? ) yeah, buy some more planes and missiles and field radios that dont work.

Seriously....the problem with the spongers is that the system lets them get away with it. These big families bringing in £30-40K are far better off on benefits than with parent(s) getting a job paying £10K. Where's the incentive to work?

Its just breeding a massive social under-class which one day will rise up and take over.........or they would if they could be bothered to remove the ar$es from the sofa

Wouldn't that give us the same problem as china with too many men and not enough women and also back street abortionists?

Persnally I do hate this Nanny state and the softly softly supportive approach. I'm a man of tough love, if you haven't got a job in a certain time frame your obviously too goddamn lazy and so your benefits should be decreased or stopped accordingly. I see it with certain people i work with all the time, their benefits will top up their money from working, so half the time they ring in with some bloody excuse 'oooh my girlfrieds ill' then tell the benefits office they haven't been given enough hours and does the benefits office phone up to check how many times they've no showed on a rota? Do they feck!

As i said no one should be too proud to work in a supermarket if all else fails, at least it sets a good example for the children.

Whilst we're on the subject of the children...or asbos in the making...rant rant rant rant rant.

In the end everyone should have consequences and these are being removed from society so that everything is 'nice'.

Give it ten years and unless a new government is elected, i bet money the NHS will be privatised...

Well looks like my pairents cars are gona cost £215 a year in tax (or does this only apply to cars bought after these new tax classes were bought in?) . The stupid thing is, a £50 increase on the top class is not going to be enough to stop people buying larger less economical cars and the government know that, just another way to steal more money from us
