.....On your journeys have you come across anyone who rides that specialises in family law. I need someone to represent me in court , Someone good and who understands the ins and outs regarding fathers and there children

I believe we have one on here... I don't know what he specialises in but he maybe of help. Bilko1000 could be the one to speak to.

He doesn't do family law, he does property law.

If he wants a good family lawyer, lady g (legal PA) says contact Zoe Porter at Michelmores in Exeter. Tell her Kim Glover has sent you.

Thanks for that....as it happens one bit of advice given elsewhere (in view of the legal system tending to be 'biased' towards the mothers in these cases) was to get a female solicitor/legal rep, so Kim's recommendation is doubly good :D

Tony Foss at Gard and Co in Plymouth. Best family law solicitor in SW England.
