So was Crutchlow pushed?

Post by badgerKDD »

All seems a bit messy this last minute Crutchlow team change. Especially because Ducati already signed up Ianonnie before Cal decided to stay and were having concerns over how to run a three man team. Bradl moves to Forward racing and bingo there's a space for Cal on the Honda, the one option he thought was closed? Deals behind closed doors perhaps?

Oh well, lets see what happens next season then ;) ......

I think you are slightly right Badger, though rumour is Honda have been disgruntled with Bradl for a little while.

I think the Bradl deal was fortuitous timing, nothing more.

Ducati are already running a three bike team - anyone who thinks Iannone's bike is not at least the same spec as Cutchlow & Dovi's needs their eyes tested.

Either way, Cal's got a nice wedge in his pocket, and a bike that should see him back at at least the same level as he was at Tech3.

Iannone somewhat proved he can put a Ducati at the front this weekend so he deserves to get a 'proper' factory deal! Have read that HRC are 'expecting' good results and podiums from Crutchlow next year, so no pressure then ;) !
