Thanks guys for your concerns.

However not as bad as it may seem. Just a fracture to left radius and scaphoid from falling off the mountain bike.
More than an inconvenience than really. Another 4 and a bit weeks in the cast then i'm free to do it all again.

Hi Guys....
Thanks for the messages....

I fractured my Fibula and ankle playing football for the Submarine against HMS DRAKE Over 30's competition..
It went with a fair old crack.... and i was down like a sack of poop lol

It hurt like hell.... But hey at least i will be ready for Portimao later in the year :ymparty:
