You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Missed Mr Stinks Run due to a heavy Saturday night but...
Weather looks dry, if chilly, possibility of gritting about but who's up for a bimble around. Probably looking to do my first West Bay bacon sarny of 2016.

Marsh Barton McD's. 0930, to leave at 1000hrs. A3052, through Lyme etc, Westbay, then head back through Bridport, Chard, Taunton, A38 back to Exeter. Looking at 4 hrs ish including a stop at Westbay. Route will be open to debate if people want to explore a bit more.
Will use a drop off system.

Could be up for another mid-winter run out Nick but: ................. as Stinker-of-the-Rocket missed out on his own rideout and is putting another together in the very area you're suggesting for the future, he's expressed an interest in exploring our neck of the woods this weekend as an alternative. I've already said I'd be happy to show him around and, weather dependant, was going to post this up later in the week for general interest; so - how do you fancy sharing bimble duties around our usual haunts instead of doing the Dorset/Somerset thing - you could save that for Stinker's run?

Could do but see what happens. Could run a combination of both if people wanted to [lay all day. My first West Bay bacon butty is calling though. Stinker rocket can come along to... :-bd

If they're right and the roads dry I'll be there. Maybe I'll get to find out whether my silk under-gloves actually work..

Just had a sneak at the weather and it looks like there shouldn't be any ice around. Unfortunately there doea seem to be a bit of the wet stuff instead. However, to counter this, I'll be heading west from Exeter, in a round abouts kind of way, out to Morton Hampstead, Okehampton where there are several routes to occupy the day. Might be a bit damp at the start but at least we'll be heading the other way. Hope to see people there. Will be back to Exeter no later than 1500hrs, allows time to rinse the bikes off before it gets too dark to do it.

Hope to see some folk there.

Sorry from me as well. Just too wet and mucky here. And icy in the morning. I think that's it for me until the spring. Have a good ride those who do go. Catch up when the spring comes.
