yes that does answer my question thankyou. but i dont think this little petition will stop more than 1% of bikers in the uk using bp. it wont your right BUT there are over 52 people who have signed in two days so thats 52 people just in torquay who wont use BP but thank you for being so positive it...

I see the point, but just as a note - I don't think it's descrimination against bikers. It's just a rule against helmets; do you think that if a car driver wore a helmet (Over-cautious, whatever) he'd be allowed to leave it on aswell? I don't think so... all i would like from BP is a shelf of some sort to put my helmit and all bikers helmits or change there policy i agree you shouldnt put things like that but i do see where you coming from and your veiws and comments are appreciated

if someone is stupid enouth to steal a bike i dont think he would take his helmit off to show the world who he is would you? in a normal petrol garage they have more than 1 camara looking on the pumps they have loads at all angles ie front back so it would be easy to see a number plate on a bike

reply to maver nick . i have a 300 pound lid i have no problems with taking my helmit off when re fueling if they provide a clean shelf of somesort i mean you wouldnt put a 300 pound coat on the floor would you?
