all i can say is DONT DO IT  traded my 10r for a speed triple in a bid to keep my last 3 points safe regretted it big time.
that said i test rode the speed triple, sd and the tuono factory r
found the tuono a little rough compaired to the other two but thats just my opinion.

Thanks for the pointers Graham22.

Got to agree with the riding positions right away as mentioned.

Got to admit when i took the SD out last year for a test i came back with a grin the size of Hollywood baby but didn't get the same feel with the Tuono.

But found the SD hard going in slower traffic where the Touno felt soo much smoother and easier going.

The SD front end was soo light and i was just waiting for what felt like a tank slapper any minute where the Touno comes with a steering damper as standard.

The SD deffo better looking but more expensive.

I hate making decissions

The RR is getting old in the tooth and want to make it a track bike, and to be honest the aggressive riding style is taking its toll on me on my heavy traffic commute to work. Just seems its waisted on the road nowadays :?

I don't like the look of the new Z1000 too many little plastic bits here and there and the cans are well like bleedin trumpets but they would go anyway.

Did the like the older model with the 4 pipe exhaust and in bright orange too looked awesome.

Sorry in the delay in replying Taz sorry, Wasn't ignoring you

Ahh this could be the way forward matey. But then again i would still need to insure and tax the RR for the road still wouldn't i and then the cost of a little thing to commute on plus the car ummmmm getting costly
